Eat plenty of fruit and vegetables, and try to excess fats, sugars, and processed foods to avoid. 2. Exercise.

Start with just a 30-minute walk at least 3 times a week. This is a powerful beauty and wellness tips, because regular physical activity improves blood flow to the skin, giving it a fuller and more radiant look. The UV rays of the sun will dry your skin and cause a wrinkle prematurely.

4. Avoid stress
